Frequently asked questions

Think of it as a little escape from your everyday life — a few hours to slow down, switch off and simply enjoy being present.

From the décor and welcome setup to the artwork, every little detail has been thoughtfully curated to bring a touch of Italy to Bangalore. Think cute aesthetics, beautiful textures, calming surroundings and a creative experience designed to help you unwind and release the steam of a high-pressure lifestyle.

So leave your work, deadlines, daily responsibilities and the chaos behind. Leave the kids at home, put your phone away for a while, and give yourself permission to slow down, create, relax and rejuvenate.

And don't just take our word for it — read what our community has to say in our reviews or see our Instagram to get a glimpse of the experience.

100% yes! You don’t need any previous painting or art experience. Our workshops are designed to be completely beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance from the artist.

  • 🖌️ Step-by-step guidance by the artist
  • 🍋 A beautifully curated Italian-inspired setup
  • ₹200 Food & Beverage voucher, redeemable at the café

  • ✨ A few hours to slow down, disconnect and enjoy some creative “me time”

Just show up — we take care of the rest.

Meet Vidhi Jain, the artist and founder behind House of Barikee.

Originally from Mumbai and now based in Bangalore, Vidhi brings 10+ years of experience in art and creative education, having introduced art experiences to 10,000+ students globally.

Through House of Barikee, Vidhi is now taking a slightly different approach — creating experiences that go beyond simply teaching art. These workshops are a new initiative to bring Bangalore’s people together, encourage collective creativity and raise the artistic quotient of a city driven by technology and high-pressure work cultures.

Her belief is simple: everyone deserves a little time to pause, create and reconnect with their creative side.

And that's exactly what House of Barikee workshops are designed to do.
